Video Submissions
People with disabilities who register may submit a video recording to be played during the conference (link to submit video is sent when you register.)
Deadline: November 15
Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
Types of videos: advocacy speeches, performances, presentations, shoutouts, calls to action, or anything else related to the disability community or lived experience.

What is this conference?
The 2025 Spaces for All Conference is a big online event made by and for people with disabilities. Everyone is invited. You will see videos, performances, and talks from people with disabilities. Sponsors can also share short ads.
When is it?
Friday, December 5, 2025.
It will happen starting at 11:00 AM EST online. We will also support others to have in-person parties where people can watch together.

$500 sponsor package for organizations (includes logo and ad).
How do I sign up?

After you register, you will get an email to confirm you have registered. The Zoom link will come later, closer to the event.
Can sponsors send in a video?
Yes. Sponsors can send one ad up to 3 minutes long. Their logo will also be on the website.
Will my video be changed?
We may make small edits so your video plays smoothly. If we do, we will tell you and show you before the conference.
Will every video be shown?
Not all videos may be shown. The planning team will decide.
What if I need help with my video?
We can help you record or upload.

How do watch parties work?
Sponsors can host watch parties for everyone they support. One sponsor registration covers all the people in their group.
What do I need to join?
You need the internet and the free Zoom app. You can use a computer, tablet, or phone.
